About Greg
Hi, I'm Greg.
Insatiably curious, with a passion for people, process, and technology. Growth mindset, servant leader, and an engineer at heart.
I've been fascinated with technology and how things work for as long as I can remember. I began building for the web back in 1997 and have had a front-row seat to every evolution since — from the days of unreliable browsers and duct-tape hacks to today's era of AI-augmented development. Somewhere along that journey, my driving question shifted from "how can I get the most done" to "how can WE accomplish our vision — in the most effective way possible." That shift defines my career: I'm always seeking better ways to build cohesive, empowered teams on a foundation of trust.
Dysfunction excites me, because dysfunction is just growth potential wearing a disguise. Coaching gives me fulfillment, and watching teams and organizations succeed gives me pride. My background spans engineering, leadership, process improvement, consulting and coaching, project and budget management, knowledge management, learning methodologies, marketing, and psychology — the full toolkit for building organizations where great work happens on purpose, not by accident.

About this Website
Engineering for the web these days has turned us engineers into lego builders, standing on the shoulders of giants. This site is built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Velite (compiling MDX to static pages), with a nod to Timothy (timlrx) whose starter kit inspired the original version. Deployed on Vercel.
