Practical AI adoption — from first steps to automated workflows.

I have led AI adoption inside a real business — implementing the tools, strategies, and guidelines across engineering and operations that accelerated development, code reviews, business insights, and payment automation. I help companies cut through the hype and put AI to work on actual problems: productivity, knowledge sharing, and automation that powers routine and complex work.

Sound familiar?

We know we should be “doing AI” — we just don’t know where to start.

Start with an honest assessment, not a tool purchase. I map where AI can genuinely help your business today, then sequence a roadmap by value and risk so your first steps pay for the later ones.

Everyone on the team uses AI differently, and the results are all over the place.

Scattered adoption produces scattered quality. Shared guidelines, proven prompts and playbooks, and hands-on training turn individual experiments into a consistent capability the whole team owns.

Our company knowledge is trapped in people’s heads and scattered docs.

This is the highest-leverage fix most companies never make. I build knowledge management systems designed for both humans and AI — structure your knowledge once, and every tool, teammate, and agent can leverage it.

Hours every week go to routine work a machine should be doing.

Reporting, data entry, triage, summarizing, chasing status — I build automated solutions and AI agents that take on routine work and surprisingly complex multi-step work, with human oversight where it matters.

We bought AI tools for our engineers, and productivity barely moved.

Tools alone don’t change outcomes — practices do. I implement AI-assisted development, code review, and quality workflows the way I did for my own teams: with standards, training, and measurement.

We’re worried about data security, privacy, and quality.

Good — you should be. Policies and guardrails come first: what data can go where, which tools meet your bar, and where a human stays in the loop. Confidence is a prerequisite for adoption, not an afterthought.

What I can help with

AI readiness & roadmap

An assessment of where AI helps your business now — sequenced into a practical adoption roadmap by value, effort, and risk.

Tool selection & rollout

Vendor-neutral selection of assistants and coding agents that fit your needs, budget, and security bar — rolled out with guidelines, policies, and training.

Knowledge management

Documentation systems and knowledge structures that both your team and your AI tools can use — the multiplier for everything else.

Automation & AI agents

Automated solutions for routine and complex work — from workflow automation to purpose-built agents, always with the right human oversight.

Engineering acceleration

AI-assisted development, code review, and quality workflows for engineering teams — the playbook I built and ran with my own organization.

Workshops & training

Hands-on working sessions for teams, and strategy sessions for leadership — so adoption is something your people drive, not endure.

The adoption path

  1. 1

    Assess

Where does AI genuinely help your business — and where would it just be noise? We find the highest-value, lowest-risk starting points.

  2. 2

    Pilot

Small, real wins with a small group. Working proof beats a slide deck every time.

  3. 3

    Standardize

Guidelines, playbooks, and training turn pilot wins into a shared capability with consistent quality.

  4. 4

    Automate

With foundations in place, we automate the routine — and increasingly, the complex — with oversight built in.

  5. 5

    Measure & expand

Before you can improve, you must be able to measure. We track real outcomes and expand what earns it.

Common questions

Do we need to be a tech company for this to work?

Not at all. Some of the highest returns are in operations and knowledge work — the reporting, document handling, and coordination every business drowns in.

Which AI tools do you recommend?

I am vendor-neutral: the right answer depends on your work, your budget, and your security requirements. I have hands-on experience across the major assistants and coding agents, and I recommend what fits — not what is trending.

What about our data?

Data policies come before tools. We define what can go where, prefer tools with enterprise controls, and keep sensitive data out of anything that cannot guarantee how it is handled.

Will this replace our people?

No — it redeploys them. The wins come from removing drudgery so your people spend their time on judgment, relationships, and the work that actually needs a human. Adoption sticks when the team benefits from it.

How quickly will we see value?

First pilots typically show value in weeks, not months. AI adoption rewards starting small and compounding — which is exactly how I run it.
